A proper wetsuit should fit like a second skin—snug but not restricting your range of motion. We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort or checking our 'Fit Guide' for specific brand measurements.
What is your return policy on surfboards and heavy equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. However, surfboards must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized items, and return shipping for boards is the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For coastal regions, we often deliver faster. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our beach house warehouse.
Are your sun-protection shirts UV-rated?
Yes, all our rash guards and surf tees feature a UPF 50+ rating, which blocks 98% of the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays, ensuring you stay protected during long sessions in the water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
How should I care for my swimwear to make it last?
To extend the life of your gear, always rinse your swimwear and wetsuits with fresh water after every session to remove salt and chlorine. Hang them to dry in the shade, as direct sunlight can degrade the neoprene and fade the colors.
