At Surf N' Wear Beach House, we want you to be stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, used surfboards and technical swim gear are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the gear is free of sand or salt.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at the beach house, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
